We love providing a space for studs like you to connect, make friends and have fun… responsibly! To ensure this we need you to agree to the terms of a one-time ‘waiver’ which will remain valid for all Woodland events.

Rules

• Like woodland creatures we bare it all out, clothes and underwear come off at check-in.
• Everyone on site must be an approved member.
• No pictures or videos allowed past clothes check.
  (Any pictures of the event will be managed by Woodland staff, with guest consent, for promotional purposes.)
• Play is encouraged, but not required or expected, always ask for consent.
• We don’t kink shame, but body odor and “dirty” play is off putting for most guests and will not be tolerated. Please be aware of hygiene.
• If you plan to play, prep well in advance.
• The bathrooms in the venue are to freshen up, not to be hogged for long douching sessions.
• See something, Say something. If you notice any risks or guests being bothered, inform our staff.
• Drink, vibe and have fun! But do not become a liability or a bother, you will be asked to leave.

Waiver / Liability Release

EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK. In consideration of, and as a condition of your attendance at and participation at events (the “Events”) held at various locations (the “Premises”). You hereby voluntarily assume all the risks of participation, including but not limited to risk of harm, bodily injury, including serious bodily injury, danger, death, and personal property damage arising out of or realted to your participation at the Events.

LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE. In further consideration of your attendance at, and participation in, the Events, you hereby release Woodland Meets, LLC, its officers, owneres, shareholders, agents, parent entities, subsidiary entities, affiliates, sponsors, suppliers, vendors, trusteees, contractors, insurers, attorneys and employees (collectively, “Woodland Meets, LLC”) from any and all liability to yourself and/or your personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for any loss or damage, and forever give up any claim or demand therefor, on account of injury to your person or property, including injury leading to your death, whether caused by the active or passive negligence of Woodland Meets, LLC or otherwise, which arise out of or relate in any way to attendance at, and participation in, the Events and any and all activities during the Events.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Woodland Meets, LLC from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, damages, including but not limited to litigation costs and expenses, which you may suffer as a consequence of your attendance at, and participation in, the Events.

You acknowledge that the Events are voluntary and solely for your personal enjoyment.

You further acknowledge that Woodland Meets, LLC reserves the right, in his/their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Events, including your attendance at, and participation in, the Events.

You acknowledge and fully understand that while at the Events, you may be involved in activities involving physical exertion. You hereby acknowledge that you should, and have had an opportunity to, consult with your primary care physician before participating in the Events, and certify that there is no health-related reason or problem that precludes your participation in any such activities, and that a qualified medical professional has not
instructed you to in any way limit your participation at the Events.

You acknowledge that this Waiver and Liability Release Form will be used by Woodland Meets, LLC and that it will govern your actions and responsibilities.

You acknowledge that this Waiver and Liability Release shall be applicable to all Events held at the Premises and shall remain valid until revoked by yourself. Any such revocation must be in writing.

The Waiver and Liability Release shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.

The Waiver and Liability Release shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. The exclusive jurisdiction and agreed venue for all litigation arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be in
the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania or the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

In the event that legal action is taken by Woodland Meets, LLC to enforce this Waiver and Release Agreement, Woodland Meets, LLC shall be entitled to collect from you all reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred in the enforcement of this Agreement.

By agreeing to the terms and submitting a registration, you indicate that you have read and understand this Waiver and Liability Release Form. You are aware that this is a waiver and a release of liability and you voluntarily agree to its terms.

BY PROCEEDING WITH REGISTRATION, YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THIS RELEASE AFTER HAVING AN OPPORTUNITY TO CONSULT WITH A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL AND LEGAL COUNSEL OF YOUR CHOOSING.

Approvals

Admission to Woodland is by applicaton approval only. We reserve the right to approve or deny applications, as well as admissions and continued membership at our sole discretion.

Every application is reviewed by our Board of Approvers using multiple criteria. Because each decision is based on a confidential review process, we are unable to disclose the reasons for a denied application. 

Please note: If approved, you must closely resemble photos submitted with your application. Members who do not reasonably match their approved photos upon arrival may be denied entry.

Routine Review

After every event, we review member feedback to help maintain the atmosphere, standards, and comfort level our community expects. If the Board determines that a member is no longer a good fit for the Woodland experience, their membership may be deactivated at our discretion. 

Deactivation

To help maintain the curated atmosphere and high standards of the Woodland experience, we periodically deactivate inactive member accounts. Member profiles that have not purchased tickets to a Woodland event within an 8-month period are temporarily deactivated.

To reactivate your membership, simply reply to our most recent email or send us a reactivation request along with recent, clear face and full-body photos for review by our Board of Approvers.

If your profile continues to align with Woodland’s membership standards, your account will be reactivated, allowing you to purchase tickets once again.

This review helps keep our member database current and ensures Woodland continues to provide the curated experience our community has come to expect.
